Prom & Homecoming Bus Rentals

Fill out one form on Goshencharterbuscompany.com, and you'll unlock the widest selection of prom and homecoming vehicles in Elkhart County! Because one local operator might only own limos while another only runs coaches, our statewide network brings every option together in one quick search. Smaller friend groups of 10 to 14 love renting a sleek sprinter limo or a 15-passenger minibus for an intimate ride to dinner and the dance. Medium and large groups can book a 15- to 50-passenger party bus loaded with wraparound leather seating, color-changing LED lighting, flat-screen TVs, and a Bluetooth sound system to blast their own playlist! Hosting a whole-grade post-prom lock-in or transporting a massive senior class? You can even reserve a 56-passenger charter bus—or multiple buses for the same night—complete with climate control, WiFi, power outlets, and an onboard restroom!

Waiting in a long parking line or trekking across a gravel lot in heels and tuxedos is the last thing anyone wants on prom night! When you book through Goshencharterbuscompany.com, your driver drops your group off right at the front entrance before relocating to an approved staging area until the last song plays. Heading to a formal at The Spohn Ballroom or the Goshen Theater Ballroom? Your bus pulls right up curbside along Clinton Street or Main Street for a red-carpet arrival in downtown Goshen, then stages out of the way so you never worry about tight downtown street parking! Celebrating at a scenic barn venue like The J. Weaver Barn, Meadow Brook Barn, or The Carriage Barn at the Old Bag Factory? Your driver navigates the country roads and main driveways smoothly, waiting on site so your ride is ready the moment you walk out!

You set the itinerary for prom night, and your private bus follows your exact schedule from the first Corsage pin to the final driveway drop-off! Start with a group pickup at one parent's house, then head over to Abshire Park or the scenic Millrace Canal trail for golden-hour prom photos without wrinkling a single dress! From there, your driver can cruise into downtown Goshen to drop the group off on Main Street or Washington Street for a pre-prom sit-down dinner at Venturi, Bread & Chocolate, or your favorite local restaurant. After dinner, everyone hops right back aboard together for the ride to the dance—or even out to The Blue Teal in Wakarusa or the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds & Community Center for a massive class banquet! Want to add a post-prom bowling stop, late-night ice cream run, or multiple neighborhood drop-offs so every student gets straight to their front door safely? You can book an hourly, round-trip, or multi-stop package that covers every single mile on one seamless plan!
